VK Pandian handles major projects of Odisha government
Pandian also played a big role in Odisha Government's mega projects like Shree Jagannath Heritage Corridor, Srimandir Parikrama Project which has been inaugurated this year.
The corridor was inaugurated by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik along with Gajapati Dibyasingha Dev of Jagannath Temple on January 17. Under the Shree Jagannath Heritage Corridor project, a 75-metre corridor has been built around the outer wall of the Jagannath temple.
Along with Srimandir, Pandian also oversaw the Odisha government's initiative of Renovation and Restoration of ancient and iconic temples in the state.

VK Pandian is also known for launching 'Mo Sarkar' in Odisha. The initiative was launched on October 2, 2019, across all police stations in the state, as well as 21 district headquarters hospitals and medical colleges. Its purpose is to help people coming to government offices with respect.
